Why is there a booking
charge?
As you may be aware when trying to book a gite and self
catering accommodation direct with the owners it is normal to have to complete
an on-line form or make a request based on information displayed on an on-line
calendar, but, still requiring a response from the owner as their system isn't
usually "live".
For five years we have been using a state of the art,
live, real time, to the second booking calendar and booking management system
provided by Rentalsystems.com who also run their own holidays sites and are
owned by Teletext Holidays and the London Evening Standard and Daily Mail
Group.
When making your booking with us on our website there is a small
additional "Rentalsystems.com" booking charge of 12€ for using this system
and this is what you get for your money!

can see live availability for both our Gites to enable you to make easy and
quick decisions on your preferred dates - No filling in enquiry forms and no
waiting for replies for availability, it's quick and it's live to the second in
real time so you can make an informed choice of dates and secure your booking
immediately. Our guests are truly global so bookings can be made day or night
in any time zone 24/7. |

" Live" Instant Booking. You
can make your booking and receive "instant email confirmation" of that booking
which means your holiday is completely secure immediately, something which is
almost unique to this booking system and one of the reasons why we use
it. |

Instant, Secure Credit/Debit Card
Payment. Pay by credit or debit card. You receive an instant email
confirmation that your payment has been received and accepted which gives peace
of mind and processes your payment in a secure on-line environment. No need for
expensive Swift/Bacs or International money transfers to make your payment,
typically costing 20 €to 30 €. |

Automated Email Reminders. You
will receive automatic email reminders which include; instructions for your
balance payment, a reminder that your holiday is due a week beforehand and full

same amount for this service for a 1 night stay or a 14 night stay or

deposit of damage waiver policy. |

A few days after your holiday has ended you will receive an invitation to
